Simone and Christina were fabulous hosts and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. We were a party of 7 and the Villa more than accommodated us. The pool and gardens were amazing. On our first night Simone and Christina cooked a simple dinner for us which was delicious (additional cost but very reasonable). Would highly recommend. A very traditional Villa and very relaxing.

Wonderful spot for family time
We had a group of 7 adult (19-64) family members staying here - property setting is spectacular with great views, gardens, pool , tennis court…. The house is spacious and well equipped - we ate every meal outside and took advantage of having a local chef come and cook for us one night. Very special time for us all / we will be back!

Paradise in Tuscany
This magnificent villa and the hosts, Cristina and Simone, surpassed our expectations and made a blissful stay in beautiful San Gimignano. The 300+ year old home was clean, charming and authentic and the grounds were well maintained and serene. The views of the countryside were breathtaking! At our request, the hosts arranged for a chef, Patrizia, to come to prepare dinner on 3 evenings. She was delightful and used fresh produce and
ingredients from her own farm in the multi-course meals she made. We cannot wait to return to this Tuscan paradise!

Tuscany Adventure
The house is amazing with picturesque views and wonderful space. The pizza oven was amazing! Simone and Cristina were quick to respond if we had questions, provided a wonderful book with information on wineries, restaurants, and much more in the area. Very peaceful spot and easy to get to local attractions. We all fell in love with the house and area! We all highly recommend this house for your stay in the San Gimignano area.

Wonderful location
Close to tourist places and easy to travel to sites. The hosts were the best and the cooking class and food was incredible!! It is peaceful and the views are beautiful. I would recommend to others but note the house is aging and needs refresh, the air conditioners did not work well, but is authentic in many ways.

It is a beautiful property. Charming house surrounded by a well maintained garden and with a spectacular pool.

Best holiday home ever, great host
From the moment of booking, we had very pleasant contact with the owners.
On the day of arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the whole family and given a wonderful tour of the house and garden.
The gardens are beautifully maintained and there is very much to enjoy for young and old. highlighting the beautiful swimming pool. In the evening we enjoyed the most beautiful view you can imagine. and ate delicious pizza from the pizza oven. The loction is easily accessible and and nicely central for countless day trips.

Gorgeous property!
We were lucky to stay in this beautiful villa for eight nights in June. The pictures do not do the property justice! The views from the patio are the perfect, dreamy Tuscany views and we had breakfast there every morning. Simone and Cristina are the perfect hosts; responsive and kind. We cooked at the house several evenings and found everything we needed in the kitchen. We even made the Florentine traditional dish Bistecca on the open fire in the outdoor grill. The villa is a short drive from beautiful San Gimignano where we had several lunches and did our grocery shopping. We are already thinking of our next trip to Italy and would absolutely stay at the villa again!

Perfect Tuscan vacation
We can’t say enough how Wonderful our experience was. The property is amazing with the best views. The host could not have been more accommodating. My father in law had pneumonia while in Italy and the host helped arrange portable oxygen for him from the local pharmacy. She even had me follow her to the pharmacy location. This was above and beyond helpful. The location is perfect. So close to Florence and Sienna. The town of San Gimignano is amazing. We will definitely stay there again.

beautiful property
Gorgeous grounds, well appointed house and delightful hosts. We had a wonderful stay despite the rain that fell every day during our trip. The hosts arranged for a local chef to prepare dinner at the villa the first night, which made our first evening very relaxing. If we return to the San Gimignano area again, we will definitely book this property.
